On behalf of the Board of Presidents of the
French Polymer Society (GFP)
and the
Society of Polymer Science, Japan (SPSJ),
we are pleased to invite you to Montpellier, France, to attend the 1st French-Japanese Symposium on Polymer Science, that will take place Wednesday - Friday, 29th – 31st January 2020.
This first symposium aims to build strong relationships between the French and Japanese polymer scientists communities in order to favor scientific collaboration and exchange. It arises from the strong will of both polymer science societies, the Society for Polymer Science, Japan (SPSJ) and the Groupe Français d’étude et d’application des Polymères (GFP).
Because of the great diversity of research conducted in the field of polymers science in France and in Japan, no specific topic has been selected for this first symposium. Concequently, all areas of polymer science will be adressed over the 16 conferences of 45 minutes given by internationally renown speakers. Various domains will be covered during presentations such as Health, Energy, High-Performance Materials, Macromolecular Engineering, Sustainable Development, or Polymer Physics.
